JR ACCOUNT REP / SALES

Can you sell? I mean really sell!!!! We are looking for sales people that understand the art of selling. You need to be able to make cold calls, conduct a WebEx meeting with clients around the globe, pack a portfolio and go to see local clients (mostly within a 10 block radius of our showroom), re-establish accounts that have been neglected. You need to be a hardworking, self-motivated individual with lots of people skills. You will need to know how to talk to people, write an intelligent email (not a text message) to your clients. You will need to have a flare for fashion & good design as well as an understanding that fashion is a business.

We don’t really care where you learned these skills as long as you can SELL!!!!

This job is 100% commission. Your talent and ability to sell will determine your financial success. We need people who understand that during these hard economic times there is still business out there. There are plenty of successful companies who are experiencing growth and we need someone who can get in those doors.

DESIGN INTERN

If you are studying textile/graphic design relating to the fashion, accessories or home products
industry this is a great place to learn. The responsibilities of an intern may include:
1. Organizing designs, both hard copies and digital files, by specific market and trend.
2. Must know how to work with Illustrator and Photoshop design programs
3. Researching fashion/print trends for in-house artists to aid in new design development.
Must be familiar with all markets, ex: kids, tween, junior, mens, contemporary, womansv
and active wear.
4. Recolor some of the design archives in more up to date/current color trends. A good
sense of design & color will be needed for this task.
5. Create trend boards for artists/clients to help promote prints/graphics for the season.

SALES INTERN

1. Update customers in data base, research and build email marketing lists.
2. Work closely with the VP of Sales to make sure all customers’ information in data base is
current.
3. Cold call some new clients to book appointments/webex meetings for sales staff
4. Learn to sell designs and develop own customer base. Conduct webex meetings to show
clients our print collections via web
5. Earn commission on all sales generated by your efforts.
6. Can lead to full time sales if you are successful.
