		JILL WEINBERG \| PRESIDENT A leader in the graphic arts industry for over 25 years as the President of the studio and the force behind the trend setting styles of art that are synonymous with the studio's iconic reputation. Holding a BFA degree in Surface Pattern Design from Syracuse University she serves as more than just an administrative leader to the staff, as she has also been the curator of the hundreds of collections that have been represented over the years. 		Al Krigger \| Sr. Sales Over the Past 10 years “Al”, as he is affectionately called by colleagues and customers, has been on the forefront of all that is hip, cool, and fierce in the surface textiles arena. He is an expert in graphic art from all over the world, as well as, all of the services that go along with supplying the market with up-to-the-minute digital media. He is truly and wholeheartedly, inspired by the challenge of WOW”ing” the labels and brands that call season after season with requests to take their lines to the next level. His least favorite request is “Can I have a disc?”, but it doesn’t deter his drive to uphold an impeccable reputation as a professional and a gentleman alaric@splashltddesign.com.
		Michael Mckeon \| V.P Sales So you want to know him? He came to NYC in the early 80’s for menswear design & marketing and 21 years later is still developing elements to an energetic character that no one is able to forget after meeting him. He is extremely animated and is always in what appears to be a great mood, and it’s an infectious energy that Splash would not be the same without. He started as an assistant sales person & is now the Vice President of Sales and the “Damage Control Guy” who handles the bulk of administrative glitches that occur as a result of doing business with over 1,000 active accounts. michael@splashltddesign.com
		Christopher Greene \| Sales Compares working at Splash to living in a box of crayons engaged in a continuous motion of artistic inspiration. Aside from being an effective Account Executive, a gifted artist in his own right, and a certified fashion enthusiast he joined the sales team a short time ago to enhance his knowledge of textile designs. Chris displays a strong understanding of the underground market of design and helps connect the dots, so that the studio maintains relevant position in the commercial marketplace. chris@splashltddesign.com
		David Ali \| IT Tech The driving force behind Splash’s Information Technology Dept (IT) David came as a gift from the twin islands of Trindad & Tobago in July of 1991. For the past 18 years he has been guiding Splash with specialized software designed and tailored to the specific day to day operations. His future plans are to expand the computer design department by implementing new technology, software, and ideas with his bankable intellect. David is also the parent of the studio’s darling little Havanese dog that usually greets all visitors at the door with a friendly bark that is easily interpreted as “Welcome to Splash.” david@splashltddesign.com
		Ashley Nylin \| Sales An astute purveyor of all that is stylish and fashionable is what clearly defines Ashley’s role in keeping the sales team strong and in the forefront textile directions. She is a graduate of F.I.T. in New York and loves fashion and finding inventive ways to own trends. By once being a high fashion model she has developed an appreciation for the comedic value of bad fashion and the irony of all the things we” love to hate”. Ashley is married to the founder of the 1st ever National Skeeball League and resides in the very trendy and hipster driven area of Williamsburg. ashley@splashltddesign.com
